The Men @ Calvary Chapel Crossroads are dedicated to the principles of Biblical leadership as defined in the word of God. They seek to live above the temptations that are so easily available in a world that seeks to destroy the very fabric of their spirituality.
M2M, is designed to give men the opportunity to grow in their faith, pursue those things in life that will give the utmost glory to God, and to be men that are productive in spreading the truth of God's love in their home and workplace.
Men's Ministry - A Definition and Commission, One might wonder how mens ministry is any different from a woman's ministry or for that matter, any kind of ministry. After all, it would seem that ministry, if done in service for the Lord, is all the same regardless of the gender, age, or race of the individual serving.
Men's Ministry is the active pursuit of men in order to connect them to God, His Word, and other men for the purpose of winning, growing, and training God's man in Christ.
We know one thing for sure -- God will use the heart and life of anyone who chooses to make himself available to Him. The Bible says, "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." This is the great commission spoken by Jesus Himself. In other words, Jesus Christ is commissioning His followers to go into the entire world and reproduce believers. This is a big calling.
There are several key scriptures that can serve as a foundation for
Crossroads Men's Ministry. Here are a few passages that provide guidance and inspiration for cultivating a strong and impactful men's ministry:
1. **Proverbs 27:17 (NKJV):**
-"As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of
his friend."
- This verse emphasizes the importance of men encouraging and
challenging each other to grow spiritually and personally within a
supportive community.
2. **2 Timothy 2:2 (NKJV):**
-"And the things that you have heard from me among many
witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach
others also."
- This verse underscores the significance of discipleship and
mentorship within the men's ministry, focusing on equipping men to pass
on spiritual truths and wisdom to others.
3. **Joshua 1:9 (NKJV):**
-"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do
not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you
wherever you go."
- This verse can inspire men in the ministry to stand firm in their faith,
showing courage and trust in God's presence and guidance as they fulfill
their roles and responsibilities.
4. **Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (NKJV):**
-"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for
their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to
him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up."
-This passage highlights the significance of brotherhood and mutual
support among men in the ministry, illustrating the power of unity,
accountability, and assistance in facing life's challenges together.
5. **1 Corinthians 16:13-14 (NKJV):**
-"Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. Let all that
you do be done with love."
- These verses provide a guiding framework for men in the ministry to
uphold their faith, demonstrate courage and strength, and engage in all
actions with love, reflecting the character of Christ in their interactions
and service.

accordingly to enhance engagement and impact.

can become a vital and transformative space where men can grow in
their faith, support one another, and impact their families and
communities for Christ.
